Juan calls this coffee “Spumm,” a transliteration of, “espuma,” which means bubbles or foam. The fermentation with lychee and rose results in a bubbly effect that reminds Juan of champagne. In honor of his work, we’ve named this coffee, “Champagne.”

We’re thrilled to have this coffee for the second year in a row. We sourced this gem from our friends at Yellow Rooster.
