That means these roasts are not totally dialed in yet, but they will still give you a pretty good idea of what these coffees are all about! I’ll add that both of these profiles are EXTREMELY close to what we’re aiming for.
One offering is a washed Kenya AA.
The other is a honey Nicaragua Geisha.
The Kenya comes out quite tea-like with grape and raisin sweetness, green apple acidity, and a chocolatey body.
The Nicaragua Geisha comes from Finca La Bastilla, a farm we’ve featured multiple times on the Mythos Menu. This coffee has the florals you’d expect from the geisha variety along with maple sweetness and hints of red fruits like cherry and strawberry.
Roast level on each is light.
